Jason Momoa Shock: Actor Chooses Who Wins Between Game Of Thrones' Khal Drogo And Dune's Duncan Idaho


Jason Momoa is among the few actors who seem to get the best roles in his movie projects. When he appeared on Game of Thrones, his portrayal of Khal Drogo, a chieftain of a Dothraki khalasar, was unforgettable. His recent movie Dune was just released and the audience fell in love with Momoa's character Duncan Idaho.

So, Momoa was asked who would win between Khal Drogo and Duncan.

Jason Momoa Decides Who Will Win Between GoT's Khal Drogo And Dune's Duncan

Jason Momoa sat down for an interview with Entertainment Tonight's Lauren Zima. They talked about his fight scenes in Dune, how he prepared for it and his experience filming it.

While discussing the movie, Zima eventually asked Momoa, who would probably win between the two men that he portrayed. The Aquaman star visibly didn't have an easy time choosing between Khal Drogo and Duncan. He grunted and even uttered the F-word before giving an answer.

"Well, probably Duncan cause he got the whole right here, he can just put the whole..." and Zima interjected "shield."

"Shield like you know Drogo's gonna like 'what the hell, why can't I kill him,'" he added.

Duncan was a swordmaster in the service of House Atreides. He is popular for his strong sense of service and loyalty.

Jason Momoa Shares Experience Filming Dune

While speaking to Zima, Momoa said filming his most recent movie Dune was "the greatest experience." He couldn't even believe that he was part of the movie. He also said that it was amazing to work with his idol director Denis Villeneuve.

Momoa called Villeneuve "my favorite director in the world." He was also happy that he had the opportunity to work with incredible actors like Javier Bardem, Oscar Isaac and Josh Brolin.

Momoa trained for his fighting scenes in the movie. He credited his stuntman for helping him train and protecting him. According to him, their goal was to make sure that no one was hurt while filming.

"Dune" is now showing in cinemas and streaming on HBO Max.
