Jared Leto, who plays The Joker in David Ayer's Suicide Squad, took it to Instagram to post a Joker meme featuring Heath Ledger and Jack Nicholson's versions of the iconic villain, and it read: "Don't worry. Leto will make us proud".
It looks like Leto is aware of the legacy of The Joker. I've been hearding mixed reactions about his version, but I expect his version will show us a unique kind of Joker we haven't seen in live-action films before. Even David Ayer described how Suicide Squad will be a different kind of film.
Suicide Squad will hit theaters on Aug. 5, 2016.
