Filming for James Gunn's The Suicide Squad has recently wrapped up and the director has shared a poster to mark the end of filming. Most of the details about the movie are kept under wraps, but the poster teases a few iconic weapons for the upcoming feature.
Taking to Instagram, Gunn posted a photo of a cast and crew poster that features a bloody heap of weapons. Designed by John Sloboda, the poster isn't going to be used for the movie's marketing campaign, but it does hint on what to expect in the film.
In the heap of weapons sitting in a pool of blood, most of them are generic, like the guns and grenades. However, Harley Quinn's iconic mallet and Captain Boomerang's boomerang are the easiest ones to spot. Aside from those two, the weapons featured in the poster don't necessarily hint to a specific character. You can check it out below.
The Suicide Squad is still shrouded in mystery but the poster makes it clear that there will definitely be blood in this film. Most of the characters to be featured in the movie are yet to be revealed as well but certainly adds to the excitement. A few set photos and clips have already got around but don't reveal much information, regardless, fans are excited to see Gunn's take on the Task Force X.
