It Chapter Two SDCC 2019 Footage Reveals Scene Not Featured In The Novel

San Diego Comic-Con opened with some truly terrifying footage from the highly anticipated It: Chapter Two. The sequel's panel debuted three tense clips that will certainly have any horror fan wishing September could come sooner.

BE WARNED: Possible spoilers before so proceed with caution.

The first clip from Chapter Two is one that book readers have been looking forward to. The adult Losers Club finally get reunited at Jade of the Orient and it's almost like they're kids all over again. All of the actors have captured their character's youthful personalities and it's almost like the young actors are still very much a part of the scene.

Things get terrifying in the second clip which focuses on Bill Denborough finding himself in a carnival. He sees a little boy enter a funhouse on his own and immediately chases after the child. It's clearly a mistake as Bill finds himself on the wrong side of the glass from the boy with Pennywise also on the other side trying to get to the child.

This isn't the only scene that doesn't come from the Stephen King novel. The third clip brings the adult Losers Club back to the Well House where they once were terrorized by Pennywise. Remember the fridge that contained a horribly twisted Pennywise? It's here and it has a nasty surprise inside.

We won't get into the details but it's an awesome scene that pays tribute to the John Carpenter classic The Thing. This scene alone should convince even non-book readers to watch Chapter Two.

It: Chapter Two is scheduled for release on September 6.
