The studio Bones original follows Rouge Redstar, a powerful android girl, and her partner, Naomi.
The two girls are on a mission to defeat nine hostile androids who have been known for anti-government activity.
So far, Bones has delivered interesting worldbuilding with cyberpunk aesthetics that remind fans of classics such as Ghost in the Shell.
While Metallic Rouge features fun character interactions, characterization doesn't seem like its strongest point, at least not yet, so it makes sense for the show to focus on the plot and action more than romance.
