Markle spoke with Trevor Noah, Andy Cohen and Judd Apatow for the finale of her podcast titled Man-ifesting a Cultural Shift. In the episode, Markle admitted that she was once a fan of the huge successful Bravo franchise Real Housewives, which encompasses 57 programs, 11 American installments, 20 international installments and 26 spinoffs, Showbiz CheatSheet reported.

"Well, I will tell you the truth. I stopped watching The Housewives when my life had its own level of drama that I stopped craving," Meghan replied when Cohen asked her if she watched the series. Cohen finished her sentence with "other people's."

Markle said she understood why the series remains a big part of pop culture. She also admitted that her interest peaked when the first installment made its debut featuring women from Orange County.

"I'm from California; at least it felt remotely like a world that I knew but still felt so foreign," she added.
