As its title implies, Go Go Loser Ranger is set in a world protected by the Dragon Keepers, a group inspired by Super Sentai or Power Rangers. These Dragon Keepers protect Earth from an extraterrestrial threat.
It turns out that the Dragon Keepers already defeated the Villainous Army over a decade ago, and the group has taken control of the evil army’s foot soldiers to reenact battles every Sunday.
Tired of essentially being the Dragon Keepers’ slave, one of the army’s foot soldiers decides to take action by infiltrating the Dragon Keepers to defeat them.
