In the middle of her examination, the nun has an asthma attack, which leads to the doctor administering Epinephrine. But she suffered a heart attack.
Dr. Lisa Cuddy (played by Lisa Edelstein) accuses him of giving the patient an accidental overdose. When House denies this, she orders him to prove the patient's underlying condition within 24 hours or he will be reported.
Season 2 Episode 9: Deception
Deception aired on December 13, 2005. This episode follows House at the OTB where he encounters a woman who suddenly collapses. While his horse loses the race, the doctor tells passersby to call an ambulance. He advises them to bring her to Dr. House at Princeton-Plainsboro.
The doctor's team believes the woman has Munchausen's syndrome but he believes otherwise. It is up to him to prove that she's really sick.
Season 3 Episode 10: Merry Little Christmas
The episode, Merry Little Christmas, aired on December 12, 2006, and followed House getting offered to go to rehab instead of jail. He rejects this offer. To put pressure on him, Cuddy cuts off House's supply of Vicodin so he won't go to jail.
At the same time, House is feeling the pressure from the mother of a patient with dwarfism who also has a serious yet undiagnosed condition that only he is looking into. When his Vicodin dependence gets threatened, House has to look for another way to get it.
Season 4 Episode 10: It's a Wonderful Lie
On January 29, 2008, the House, M.D. Christmas episode, It's a Wonderful Lie, aired.
This episode sees House performing a Christmas miracle to confirm his diagnosis of a patient.
Season 5 Episode 11: Joy to the World
The last House, M.D. Christmas episode, Joy to the World, aired on December 9, 2008. In this episode, House helps a 16-year-old who suddenly collapsed at a Christmas pageant.
Meanwhile, Foreman and Thirteen reveal they enjoy each other's presence during the hospital's party. Cuddy also receives a gift.
