Here's How You Can Watch Magic: The Gathering Players Tour Phoenix


Magic: The Gathering's 2020 partial season continues this weekend with the only Regionals Players Tour happening before the first Players Tour Finals of the year.

Last weekend, Players Tour Brussels and Nagoya showcased Theros Beyond Death Booster Draft as well as the first official major Pioneer Constrcuted tournament, establishing several of the most powerful decks in the meta. This weekend, from February. 7 to Feb. 9, some of the best Magic players will come together in Phoenix, Arizona, to compete for their share of the $250,000 prizepool, Players Points, and an invitation to the PT Finals this April.

The coverage for PT Phoenix will start on Feb. 7 at 10am Central each day, with a veteran casting team.

All 3 days of PT Phoenix will be aired live on the official MTG Twitch channel - Twitch.tv/magic.

Here are the formats for each day of PT Phoenix:

Day 1: 3 rounds of Theros Beyond Death Booster Draft starting at 10am CT, then 5 rounds of Pioneer Constructed.
Day two: 3 rounds of THB Booster Draft starting at 10am CT, then 5 rounds of Pioneer Constructed. The top 8 players will be announced at the end of the day's coverage.
Day 3: The 8 will compete in Pioneer Constructed starting at 10am CT.

The winner of PT Phoenix will get $35,000 out of the $250,000 total prize pool.
