Here’s How Long A Complete Marvel Marathon Would Take

Marvel Studios has been celebrating ten years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe this year. The studio's superhero franchise has experienced so much success and proclivity. Ever since Iron Man's release, the MCU's produced around 20 films, most of which have enjoyed commercial and critical success.

With Phase 3 of the MCU culminating with Avengers 4 next year, Marvel fans have been wondering how much time it would to take to review all of the films in the franchise. Unfortunately, it seems like a Marvel movie marathon might take more than a week to complete.

A Marvel fan just updated a project chronologically arranging the MCU on Reddit and now that Reddit's Aaron613 brought his chart up to speed, it looks like we have a calculation of the time we need to take to watch all twenty Marvel films in a back-to-back scenario without any breaks in between.

So how long would it take to watch everything in the MCU from Iron Man to Ant-Man and the Wasp?

According to Aaron612, a complete back-to-back Marvel movie marathon would take 11 days, 2 hours and 17 minutes to finish. If you'd like to add a few breaks in between then it'd probably take even longer. Anyone planning to review the entire franchise before Captain Marvel and Avenger 4 better start making some serious plans, because marathoning the entire MCU definitely isn't going to be easy. Then again, fans could try and take it easy by taking it slow and watching one Marvel movie a week. After all, it's going to be a while till we get to 2019.

Marvel's next installment, Captain Marvel, hits cinemas May 3, 2019.
