Here's A Description Of The Captain Marvel Footage Marvel Showed Off At CineEurope

Now that Avengers: Infinity War is down to its last couple of weeks in cinemas, fans have begun looking towards Marvel's future offerings, one of which includes the studio's very first female-led superhero movie, Captain Marvel.

There's been a lot of anticipation building over Captain Marvel during the past few months. Not only have set videos and set photos made their way online, but Captain Marvel got a boost when Infinity War made a quick but meaningful reference to Brie Larson's Carol Danvers in Infinity War.

Now, it looks like Marvel decided to give fans a little taste of Captain Marvel goodness by showing off some of the film's footage at this year's CineEurope.

According to MCU Cosmic, Marvel made a big presentation at the convention earlier this week to help promote three of their upcoming films – that is the untitled sequel to Infinity War, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and the highly anticipated Captain Marvel.

Though the publication wasn't able to grab a video of the Captain Marvel presentation, they did write a description of what they saw in their report, saying the video was "meant to introduce people to Carol Danvers."

Highlighting the former pilot as a character, the video "talked about how she would become the new face and leader of the Marvel Cinematic Universe" while it was introducing the superhero's powers.

Though it might not seem like much, this new report reveals that Marvel Studios has begun working on the promotional campaign for Captain Marvel. It's definitely exciting times for Marvel fans around the world and we can't wait to learn more about the film soon. Hopefully, Captain Marvel's trailer drops along with the premiere of Ant-Man and the Wasp in July.

Avengers: Infinity War is currently in cinemas. Captain Marvel hits theatres March 8, 2019.
