Next week, the fan-favorite animated series Harley Quinn will return with a new batch of episodes that will follow Harley Quinn's crazy adventures with Poison Ivy and her friends around Gotham City.
Unlike most DC TV shows that aired prior to the takeover of the franchise by James Gunn and Peter Safran, the series remains to be in the air with still no end in sight anytime soon.
Now, as we're getting closer to its release, we finally have our first full look at the show's upcoming fourth season and it looks like it will be as crazy and NSFW as the previous seasons.

Max has released the official trailer for the fourth season of Harley Quinn which gave us a glimpse at what they have in store for the new batch of episodes that they have in store for the next installment.
Based on the preview, it looks like the fourth season will continue the storyline from the third season where Harley Quinn decided to join the Bat Family and attempts to become one of the saviors of Gotham City while Poison Ivy is working on her way into the Legion of Doom.
It also looks like the new changes will put the #Harlivy relationship to a test as the new stages of their lives will challenge their dynamic, especially since they are on opposite sides of the spectrum.
As usual, the new season will be as bonkers and NSFW as the previous seasons as suggested by the new trailer since they featured glimpses of violent scenes while still being very funny and heightened.
It is curious to see how the new storylines in the season will unfold, especially with Harley's seeming turn into a hero and how she will embrace the new life since we've only known as her a villain.
This should incite more excitement for fans who have been looking forward to the new season and, hopefully, it will also remain on the air as the DC franchise is undergoing a transition.

The fourth season of Harley Quinn is set to release on Max with three episodes this July 27. The subsequent episodes will air weekly until September 14.
