Guardians of the Galaxy: Sean Gunn Teases Kraglin's Return

Fans greatly enjoyed Avengers: Infinity War, despite getting scarred by the ridiculously dark ending. As we wait for our beloved heroes to come back - despite what The Russos say - fans are also hoping to see characters who didn't appear in Infinity War on Avengers 4. Valkyrie, Korg, Sif, and Kraglin are just some of the heroes we didn't get to see.

While the fate of these heroes is still unknown, with Sif likely dead according to those in Marvel Studios, Kraglin actor Sean Gunn has given us a minor update on the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 supporting character.

During an interview with Good Day Sacramento, Gunn said that he could neither confirm nor deny Kraglin being in Avengers 4. The actor did confirm that he was there to do motion capture work for Rocket, which he has been doing since the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie, but it seems like Gunn can't say anything else.

He did give fans of the side character a bit of hope, saying we probably haven't seen the last of Kraglin. At the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, it seemed like he joined the crew after the death of Yondu, so his sudden disappearance from Infinity War was startling. Then again, a lot of time has passed since the second Guardians film so who knows what happened?

Avengers 4 hits theaters next year on May 3, 2019. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 was confirmed to be a part of phase four and will start production next year, though no release date has been revealed.
