GOT7 Bambam has recently appeared as a guest on the tvN variety show Amazing Saturday. On the April 1, 2023, episode, Bambam visited the program alongside KARA Heo Young Ji and hip-hop rapper Defconn.
Amazing Saturday has a weekly theme wherein the members of the cast and the guests dress up accordingly. For that week, the theme was "doctor/expert," so the members dressed up as travel experts, food experts, and such.

GOT7 Bambam appears as a dating expert
The preview for the episode last week revealed that it would be a "dating expert" special. Bambam, Heo Young Ji, and Defconn have appeared in dating shows in the past.
Specifically, Bambam was a panelist on Transit Love Season 2, while Heo Young Ji was on Change Days, and Defconn was on SOLO.

GOT7 Bambam is nervous during his guesting at Amazing Saturday
It was well known that Bambam was a huge fan of a specific girl group member ever since he was a trainee. This became a popular fact not only within GOT7's fandom but also among the girl group's fans as well.
Particularly, Bambam was a fan of Kim Taeyeon, who is a current cast member in Amazing Saturday.
All throughout the episode, it was evident how Bambam shyly looked at his idol and gave an endearingly nervous smile. He even admits even before the game starts that he might not make it through the show properly.

Taeyeon was aware that the GOT7 member was a fan of hers, and there have been a few interactions between them even before Bambam came to the show. She even jokingly pointed out that she was born in the year of the snake. This is a reference to Bambam's name, as the word "bam" is the Korean word for "snake."
Additionally, Taeyeon continues to embarrass her fan, smiling and chuckling every time Bambam takes the spotlight. She countlessly calls him cute and adorable, which obviously melted Bambam on the spot.
Later on, when Boom observed that BamBam is steadfast and unwavering in his guesses, the idol group member responded by pointing to Taeyeon and saying, "It's because she's watching."

Meanwhile, Bambam has released his first solo full-length album, Sour & Sweet, on March 28, 2023, spearheaded by the track of the same name.
