More upcoming spring 2024 anime have gotten release date announcements over the past week. Among these is Gods’ Games We Play, which recently revealed its April 2024 release date.
The show’s premiere date was announced alongside the release of a new key visual that also features the show’s main characters.
Gods’ Games We Play Voice Cast Members Confirmed
Previously, the anime’s main cast members were announced, and they include an array of popular anime VAs. Now, more cast members have been revealed, including Kento Ito and Miku Ito.
Here is the list of confirmed voice cast members for Gods’ Games We Play:
- Nobunaga Shimazaki (Shinichi Izumi in Parasyte: The Maxim) as Fay
- Akari Kito (Nezuko in Demon Slayer) as Leoleshea
- Hina Tachibana (Nei Ookawamura in Chained Soldier) as Pearl Diamond
- Kanna Nakamura (Anne in Four Knights of the Apocalypse) as Nel Reckless
- Ami Koshimizu (Holo in Spice and Wolf) as Miranda
- Kento Ito (Goro Amemiya in Oshi no Ko) as Darks
- Miku Ito (Miku Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets) as Kerlich
Along with the voice cast, a new visual was shared that features the main cast, including Fay, Leoleshea, and Pearl Diamond in the foreground. Meanwhile, Kerlich, Darks, and Nel Reckless appear in the back.
While the anime did not get a new trailer, a preview video was shared a few months ago, which shows off clips courtesy of the show’s studio.

Which Studio Is Animating Gods’ Games We Play?
Gods’ Games We Play is an upcoming adventure fantasy series based on an ongoing light novel series. It may seem like an isekai at first, but its characters all exist in a fantasy world.
Working on the anime is Liden Films, the popular studio behind titles like Goblin Slayer II, Tokyo Revengers, and the Rurouni Kenshin remake.
For the studio’s latest work, Tatsuya Shiraishi was tapped to direct. He previously worked as an episode director in Overlord season 2 and Ace of Diamond. This upcoming show will be his first as a series director.
Gods' Games We Play Release Date Announced
The upcoming anime adaptation was announced back in January 2022. It has taken some time, but finally, the show’s release date was confirmed.
Gods’ Games We Play is set to be released on April 1, 2024. In Japan, the anime will air on various networks, including AT-X, Tokyo MX, and KBS Kyoto.
Meanwhile, anime fans in the US will be able to watch the series on Crunchyroll as it is part of the platform’s spring 2024 simulcast lineup.
