The Crisis is coming this December and we now have the briefest glimpse at what to look forward to in the gigantic Arrowverse crossover event. The first teaser for Crisis on Infinite Earths has been released and it looks like a major villain will be joining forces with the good guys.
The teaser was shared by the official The Flash Twitter account and it's all about the heroes preparing for the big fight. There's a glimpse at Anti-Monitor facing off against Barry Allen and his friends. But wait, is that Lex Luthor standing beside Supergirl? You'll see it at the 0:01 mark.
We're not exactly sure why Lex is standing with the heroes but there's a huge possibility that his change of heart will be shown in Supergirl Season 5.Will Lex decide to team up with the good guys to fight a common enemy in Crisis on Infinite Earths? Is this even the Lex from Kara Danvers' universe? We'll find out when the crossover event starts in less than a month.
The teaser also shows us a quick look at Brandon Routh as Kingdom Come Superman as well as Cress Williams as Black Lightning.
The crossover event will cover five episodes from Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman. Fans will also get to see familiar faces from previous The CW shows showing up to help the heroes in the fight to save the multiverse.
Crisis on Infinite Earths will kick off with the Supergirl Season 5 episode on December 8.
