Without a doubt, Extraordinary Attorney Woo is one of the most successful K-dramas of all time. One of the reasons for its success is the different heartfelt stories portrayed by Extraordinary Attorney Woo guest stars in every season.

As we wait for the show to return for a second season, let's take a look at the talented South Korean actors and actresses who made a cameo in the show.

Here's everyone who appeared in the first season of Extraordinary Attorney Woo:

Kang Ae-shim (Episode 1)

The list starts off with Kang Ae-shim, who appeared on the first episode of the show. Ae-shim starred as Choi Yeong-ran, an old neighbor of Woo Young-woo (played by Park Eun-bin) and her father,  Woo Gwang-ho (played by Jeon Bae-su).

Yeong-ran was accused of attempted murder on her husband, Park Gyu-sik (played by Lee Do-kyung), who was known for his short temper. After hitting her husband in the head with an iron, Gyu-sik suffered a hematoma.

Yeong-ran was arrested and faced trial over the incident. She was Young Woo's first client.

Shin Ha-young (Episode 2)

In the second episode of Extraordinary Attorney Woo, Shin Ha-young stars as Kim Hwa-yeong, a Chaebol's daughter forced to marry someone she doesn't love.

On the day of her wedding, Hwa-yeong's wedding dress fell off and exposed her tattoo. Her father sues the hotel for the embarrassment.

Moon Sang-hoon (Episode 3)

One of the heartbreaking episodes in the show is episode three, which stars Moon Sang-hoon as Kim Jung-hoon, a grown man diagnosed with autism on the severe end of the spectrum.

Like Young-woo, Jung-hoon has an obsession with penguins (Young-woo loves whales). The Hanbada attorneys put on a penguin dance for him and managed to earn his trust.

Jung-hoon was accused of killing his own brother.

Jung Suk-young (Episode 4)

Young-woo helps out her friend's father, Dong Dong-sam (played by Jung Suk-young), after her other brothers tricked him over the inheritance they were supposed to receive.

Dong-sam's own brothers tricked him to signing a document, which would end up with him having to pay the tax from the property. While he goes into debt, his own brothers get all the money from the inheritance.

Yoon Byung-hee (Episode 5)

Not all of the clients assigned to Hanbada's attorneys are innocent. As seen in episode five, Young-woo got assigned to a client who claimed to be the original creator of an ATM technology.

Yoon Byung-hee stars in the episode as Bae Seong-cheol, the team leader of the company's research and development department.

Young-woo, however, discovers that he has been lying to them the entire time.

Kim Hieora (Episode 6)

The Glory actress Kim Hieora also made a guest appearance on Extraordinary Attorney Woo as a North Korean defector, Gye Hyang-sim.

Hyang-sim has decided to turn herself in after fleeing to take care of her child.

It's important to note that Kim Hieora and Kang Ki-young have another team-up. The two stars as the villains in The Uncanny Counter Season 2.

Kim Sung-bum (Episode 7&8)

Kim Sung-bum stars in Extraordinary Attorney Woo as a resident of Sodeok-dong village called Jang Dong-gun. He helps the village chief, Choi Han-soo (played by Jung Gyu-soo), by finishing his sentences.

Koo Kyo-hwan (Episode 9)

The D.P. star, Koo Kyo-hwan, made an appearance on the show as Bang Ggu-pong, the self-declared leader of the Children's Liberation Army.

Ggu-pong was charged with kidnapping after driving away a school bus filled with kids and bringing them to play in the mountains.

Ggu-pong is the son of the school's principal.

Oh Hye-soo (Episode 10)

Oh Hye-soo stars in the show as Shin Hye-yeong, a rich woman with intellectual disabilities. Her overly-protective mom accuses Hye-yeong's boyfriend of rape.

Seo Hye-won (Episode 11)

Seo Hye-won stars in Extraordinary Attorney Woo as the mistress of a cheater, Shin Il-su (played by Heo Dong-won).
