Dwayne Johnson Teases Black Adam Production Start with New Training Photos


There is little doubt that people are already excited about Black Adam and Dwayne Johnson has just provided fans with an awesome new update. The Jumanji: The Next Level star has confirmed that he is now preparing for the highly anticipated DC Extended Universe film.

Johnson posted photos of himself working out on his official Instagram account. Interestingly, the Fast and Furious actor revealed that his new regime is in preparation for Black Adam. Take a look at this post below.

"New era," Johnson wrote before adding the hashtags #dcuniverse and #blackadam. In addition to that, Johnson confirmed that "Shooting starts this summer."

It's an exciting update considering that people were concerned that the DCEU project seemed to have been cast aside for other Warner Bros. projects. Although there have been no updates from the studio, Johnson continues to tease on the movie's production. Luckily, it looks like we can look forward to Black Adam really soon.

Johnson is currently on a roll with some awesome major projects. In addition to Black Adam, he is expected to star in the upcoming Jungle Cruise film with Emily Blunt. The Disney flick is expected to premiere on July 24.

For now, Johnson is the only confirmed cast for Black Adam although there is a huge possibility that Zachary Levi will appear to reprise his role as Shazam. Jaume Collet-Serra has also been announced to direct the film. The new DCEU movie is currently scheduled for release on December 22, 2021.
