Bell filed for bankruptcy protection in 2014, claiming he was in debt for nearly $600,000, much of which was owed to the IRS.

At the time, he listed his monthly income at just $2,800 while his monthly expenses were at $18,771. He also noted that his earnings in 2012 were $408,000, which dramatically dropped to just $14,000 in 2013.

Drake Bell Breaks Silence Over Disappearance
Bell finally broke his silence over the reports he went "missing and endangered" but was later found by the authorities on Thursday, April 13.
"You leave your phone in the car and don't answer for the night and this?" he tweeted. He didn't further comment about his disappearance.
Florida's Daytona Beach Police Department released a missing person report about the actor on Facebook on the said day after he hadn't been seen since Wednesday, April 12, at around 9 p.m.

"He should be traveling in a 2022 grey BMW and his last known location is potentially the area of Mainland High School," the post read, accompanied by his picture. "He is considered missing and endangered."
Four hours after the post, the officials revealed he was found.
"We can confirm law enforcement officials are in contact and Mr. Bell is safe," the statement read, per E! News.
