Toei Animation is giving fans more reasons to watch Dragon Ball Super: Broly. Since the latest trailer was released, fans are hyped to see Broly become an official part of the series canon. Now, fans will have another reason to get hyped: Super Saiyan God Vegeta.

Dragon Ball fans are always excited to see Saiyans unleash their new forms, and it looks like Vegeta will transform into Super Saiyan God, the powerful form that turns Saiyans' hair magenta. As you can see above, SSG Vegeta can be seen between SSJ Vegeta and SSB Vegeta. Manga readers would be familiar at SSG Vegeta since it was first introduced there but this look is strange for anime-only watchers because this is the first time Vegeta's new form is introduced in anime form.

Synopsis:

"This is the story of a new Saiyan. Earth is peaceful following the Tournament of Power. Realizing that the universes still hold many more strong people yet to see, Goku spends all his days training to reach even greater heights. Then one day, Goku and Vegeta are faced by a Saiyan called 'Broly' who they've never seen before. The Saiyans were supposed to have been almost completely wiped out in the destruction of Planet Vegeta, so what's this one doing on Earth? This encounter between the three Saiyans who have followed completely different destinies turns into a stupendous battle, with even Freeza (back from Hell) getting caught up in the mix."

Dragon Ball Super: Broly is set to release in Japanese theaters this December, and it's expected to get a U.S. release in January 2019.
