Dragon Ball Super: Broly is Bringing Back Everyone's Favorite DBZ Theme Song

Dragon Ball Super: Broly has been one of the most hyped up films from the series to date, bringing a previously movie-only villain into the main canon and having stellar animation. While details have been revealed about the story and character motivations, fans have also been curious about the music. Dragon Ball has always had great music and fans will be happy to know that their favorite Z theme song will be in the movie.

That's right: Cha-LaHead Cha-La is going to appear in Broly somehow. This was confirmed by singer Ayumu Yahaba, who said that he sang the chorus for the film. It will be interesting to hear this version of the iconic song, which has already been covered by FLOW for Battle of Gods.

Since the singer only covered the chorus, it's likely that we will only hear it at the beginning or the end. It's a shame that the whole song wasn't covered, though the singer might be hiding that fact until the release date for the film nears.

Cha-LaHead Cha-La is pretty much everyone's favorite Dragon Ball Z theme song and was used for 199 episodes of the original anime. Super has had some great songs since but few are as iconic as Cha-LaHead Cha-La.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly comes out in Japan on December 14. The movie's dub comes out in January.
