The world of Twitter continues to feel like hell, and Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson is the most recent filmmaker to exit the social media network in the wake of James Gunn's firing.
Derrickson pinnted a tweet on top of his Twitter account that reads, "twitter is hell," so it seems the filmmaker didn't have a good experience with the social media network. The director announced his departure from Twitter on his Instagram page.
"I've left twitter. But I'll stay here for now," he wrote on his Instagram post.

Derrickson didn't elaborate why he left Twitter or why he considers it hell but the firing of Gunn over old tweets that resurfaced probably influenced his decision.
