In Our Dating Story: The Experienced You and The Inexperienced Me, Ryuuto Kashima and Runa Shirakawa started as classmates who barely interacted, as they were on opposite ends of the social spectrum.
Runa is the most popular and most beautiful girl in their grade while Ryuuto is an introvert who only has a couple of friends and loves to play games.
They only started talking when Ryuuto was challenged to a dare in which he must confess his feelings to the person he likes, who happened to be the bright and attractive Runa.
To his surprise, Runa accepted his confession and they immediately became a couple. When she asked if they had talked before, Ryuuto admitted that they hadn’t.
It was only when they started going out that they even began talking to each other. However, Ryuuto has had romantic feelings for Runa even before they became a couple.

One of the biggest hurdles happened when Maria, Runa’s fraternal twin sister, entered the picture and complicated things for the couple.

So, Will Ryuuto and Runa End up Together? Their Current Status Explained
The light novel is still ongoing, so it is difficult to say for certain that Ryuuto and Runa will end up together. But as of writing, they are dating and very much in love, despite the hurdles along the way.
Runa and Ryuuto have been dating for four years now, although they haven't shared any physical or intimate moments yet.
They are also leading busy lives of their own in the current story. They barely see each other, but they still make time to go out and be together.
Even if they’re both busy with their own lives, they are now more mature and stronger as a couple.
When they went to an amusement park, Ryuuto gave Runa a glass shoe reminiscent of Cinderella.
