VIXX member Cha Hak Yeon is confirmed to star in the new Kdrama Diva of the Deserted Island.
It was revealed in February 2023 that the Extraordinary Attorney Woo star Park Eun Bin would return with another masterpiece. A month after, more actors were confirmed to appear in the upcoming series, and Cha Hak Yeon was included in the list.
What is the plot of Kdrama Diva of the Deserted Island?
Directed and written by the same people who worked on While You Were Sleeping and Start-Up, Diva of the Deserted Island is a romantic comedy that follows the story of a girl named Mokha, who ran aground on a deserted island after an accident. She was discovered only 15 years later.
The series will depict her challenging herself as she adapts to the new world she had been isolated from and continues her dream of becoming a singer.

Cha Hak Yeon joins cast of new Kdrama Diva of the Deserted Island
Cha Hak Yeon is currently starring in the MBC Kdrama Joseon Attorney alongside WJSN Bona and Woo Do Hwan. This proved to be a busy year for the idol group member as he attended the script reading for the upcoming Kdrama Diva of the Deserted Island on March 8.
The former VIXX leader will play the part of Woo-Hak. Although specific details about his role is yet to be revealed, it is safe to say that after gracing the small screen with Joseon Attorney, Cha Hak Yeon will continue to present his exemplary acting skills through this imminent series.

Diva of the Deserted Island Release Date
