Disney Announces New Frozen 2 VR Experience With Myth: A Frozen Tale

There are only a few more days until Frozen 2 gets released. And for the fans of the movie who plan to attend the world premiere, Disney's got a treat for you.

Walt Disney Animation Studios recently announced that a new virtual reality short would be released. It is titled Myth: A Frozen Tale, a VR short which is said to be available for those who will attend the world premiere on November 22nd. Jeff Gipson will direct the short along with original music short as well as stylized art by Disney's Brittney Lee. You can check out the tweet below.

According to Animation World Network, premiere guests will exclusively get to experience the latest generation of the Positron Voyager Chair for a more cinematic experience. The audience would be able to have a deeper level of immersion to the story through the VR short.

Clark Spencer, president of Walt Disney Animation Studios, claims that Myth: A Frozen Tale will allow viewers to explore the rich environment that is present in the movie "in a whole new way." Spencer assures the premiere audience that Gipson found a way to "immerse" the viewers into Frozen 2's magical world that "wouldn't have been possible any other way."

Based on the tweet, it looks like the short will be exclusively available to viewers on the premiere date. However, there's no telling if Disney will eventually release Myth: A Frozen Tale for everyone to see.

The VR short will surely be appreciated by avid fans of the Disney movie and will likely take this whole new experience close to their hearts.
