Did Dragon Ball Just Reveal The Name of The Evil Saiyan?

There's an evil Saiyan that will be featured in the upcoming Dragon Ball Heroes anime, and it looks like the villain is no longer as mysterious as fans thought.

Over on Twitter, someone shared a magazine leak that seems to have revealed the name of the mysterious evil Saiyan, and it fits the theme Akira Toriyama created years ago.

As DBReduxTDC reported, the villain of Dragon Ball Heroes is named after a vegetable just like some of the other Dragon Ball characters. The evil Saiyan is named as Cumber (Kanba).

Saiyan names are based on vegetables with Kakarot being a nod to carrot, Vegeta is from vegetables, Nappa from cabbage, Broly from broccoli, Caulifa from cauliflower, Kale from kale, and Raditz from radishes.

We'll have to wait and see if the information from the report turns out to be true.

Here's the translated synopsis for Dragon Ball Heroes:

"Trunks returns from the future to train with Goku and Vegeta. However, he abruptly vanishes. The mysterious man "Fu" suddenly appears, telling them that Trunks has been locked up on the "Prison Planet", a mysterious facility in an unknown location between universes. The group searches for the Dragon Balls to free Trunks, but an unending super battle awaits them! Will Goku and the others manage to rescue Trunks and escape the Prison Planet?"

The English dub of Dragon Ball Super currently airs on Adult Swim during Toonami programming block on Saturday nights at 9:30 pm. You can also stream it on Amazon Video and Funimation. The Japanese version can be streamed on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and VRV. The Dragon Ball Super movie is set to release in theaters this December.
