Demon Slayer: Swordsmith Village Arc’s first episode got plenty of reactions online. While many were blown away by the animation, a sizeable number of fans also had strong reactions to Demon Slayer Season 3’s NSFW Mitsuri Kanroji scene.
After the impressive Infinity Castle sequence, the episode shows Tanjiro waking up and recovering, then he soon makes his way to the Swordsmith Village for a new sword.
It turns out that he’s not the only one there as the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji is also at the village.
Mitsuri Kanroji’s Adorable Appearance in Swordsmith Village Arc
Mitsuri’s appearance begins with a particularly NSFW scene of her in the hot spring. After all, the Swordsmith Village also has some relaxing and healing hot springs for visitors.
Soon, Mitsuri meets with Tanjiro and Nezuko. They have dinner together and they talk about the gruff Genya Shinazugawa who is also in the village.
During this scene, Mitsuri also shows just how adorable she is by gleefully playing with the small Nezuko.
Despite being a Hashira, Mitsuri has no qualms about being playful with Nezuko as she reveals how close she is to her siblings.
Aside from her cute interactions with Nezuko, Mitsuri also revealed the reason she became a Hashira.
Surprisingly, it’s because she wants to find a husband who is stronger than her and can protect her.
Though she will probably have a hard time finding one stronger than her given her incredible power which will be shown as the season progresses.
Finally, Mitsuri reveals she’s in the village to have her sword sharpened. She also parted with Tanjiro by telling him about a secret in the village that can help him become stronger.

Mitsuri Kanroji’s NSFW Hot Spring Scene
While she had a big role in the episode, Mitsuri Kanroji's NSFW hot spring scene was the one that got the most attention.
After all, it was a risqué scene as Mitsuri had no clothes on, with only her hair covering her private parts.
Following the episode, fans expressed their strong reactions to the scene, with many liking how the anime adapted the same scene from the manga.
Aside from this fanservice, Mitsuri’s revealing look after the hot spring scene was also a source of comedy as Tanjiro asked her to cover up as she ran toward him.
While Mitsuri is set to leave the village, she will play a big role in the coming episodes as implied in the show’s opening.
