Deadpool Star Ryan Reynolds And Hugh Jackman Are Now On A Truce

It looks like Deadpool's Merc with a Mouth and X-Men's Wolverine are back together off screen. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are working together again after so many spats and jabs on Twitter and other social media platforms.

Taking to Twitter, Reynolds just recently posted about his truce with Jackman. Sharing a picture of himself standing alongside the X-Men star, Reynolds announces his official truce saying that he's going to make a beautiful ad for Jackman's Laughing Man Coffee company as a "gesture of goodwill." For those who don't understand the context of this supposed ceasefire between the two, Reynolds once declared war on Jackman saying that it was his last resort to getting his friend to unsheathe his claws for a Wolverine and Deadpool team-up movie. Now, it seems like the two have actually made up.

Check out the post down below.

For the past few months, Reynolds has been endlessly pushing Jackman to return to his role as Wolverine for a Deadpool crossover movie. He's made hints asking Jackman to appear in his films in various Deadpool interviews, he's tried social media – the Merc with a Mouth's done almost everything to get Wolvie to join him on the big screen.

Unfortunately, Jackman's set on keeping his claws in his trunk. The actor isn't that keen on resurrecting the character after his gritty yet emotional swan song in Logan. James Howlett sacrificed himself at the end of the film, giving X-23 and the other young mutants a chance to live on. There's no coming back from a death like that, really.
