It's been nearly a week since Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman shocked fans and pretty much broke the entire multiverse with their massive Deadpool 3 announcement but avid followers of the Marvel Cinematic Universe are still buzzing about it. As it stands, key details about Wade Wilson and Wolverine's MCU debut have yet to be disclosed but it looks like Kevin Feige is already fast-tracking Mr. Pool's next big adventure in Earth-616 which sounds absolutely unprecedented.
According to a new scoop from the folks over at Giant Freakin Robot, Deadpool 4 has already received the green light from Marvel Studios which is extremely crazy, especially if you take into consideration that the Merc with a Mouth's MCU debut film has yet to start production.
Additionally, the outlet's source claims that the project will come out after Avengers: Secret Wars, kickstarting a brand new saga for the franchise. It's also worth noting that Phase 7 will reportedly mark the official arrival of the X-Men to the billion-dollar franchise.

Of course, nothing has been officially confirmed yet so it's best to take this new rumor with a huge grain of salt. But when you think about it, it would already be safe to say that a fourth Deadpool film is in Reynolds' immediate future since he's pretty much an MCU newcomer. And with the mutants set to make their inevitable debut in the franchise, it only makes sense for Wade Wilson to stick around.
