Apart from convoluted storylines and poor creative decisions, the now-defunct FoxVerse drew massive criticism from X-Men fans because, for the most part, the mutants they saw on the big screen looked nothing like the ones they grew up with.

Among the exceptions though is Deadpool who undoubtedly has one of the best live-action costumes in all of comic book cinema. Now, with the Merc in a Mouth set to embark on a multiversal journey en route to Earth-616, it's only fitting that Marvel Studios would give the beloved anti-hero a suit upgrade.

Now, new photos have emerged online giving us our very first look at Ryan Reynolds' MCU costume and we have to say, Mr. Pool is looking pretty sharp and somewhat comic-accurate.

According to the latest reports, Deadpool 3 has officially wrapped filming and it's causing some concern within the MCU fandom, especially considering cameras only began rolling for the project in late May.

Now, we've yet to get actual confirmation from the studio regarding the film's production status but the rumors are true, we'd like to assume that the ongoing WGA strike played a pivotal role in it being fast-tracked.

Deadpool 3's release date has been moved up from Nov. 8, 2024, to May 3, 2024.
