We learned a few days ago that the new King of Atlantis Arthur Curry will be undergoing some major changes in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom as actor Jason Momoa was the first to unveil his DC character's new and improved suit for the sequel on social media. Ditching the comic-accurate orange and green colors, Aquaman will now be donning a much more subdued suit that still looks pretty badass.

Turns out, he isn't the only one set for a drastic appearance change in the project. Director James Wan took to social media to reveal King Orm's drastic new look and it's something fans didn't expect to see. It seems like the Ocean Master, played by actor Patrick Wilson will not be donning his Atlantean armor in the project and his intriguing new appearance might have given away a little clue as to what happens to him after the original Aquaman.

After Wan unveiled the image, fans took to Twitter to express their intrigue over The Conjuring star's new DCEU look. Check out some of the reactions below:

Wilson has been preparing physically for his DCEU return ahead of Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom's production and apparently, he wasn't just doing it to stay fit. Orm's new look could mean a lot of things although it's still a little too early to speculate. The last time we saw him, his older brother Arthur defeated him in battle and while we briefly saw a touching reunion between him and Atlanna, it's safe to assume that Orm was actually taken into prison for conspiring against Atlantis.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is slated for release in December 2022.
