DC Daily Unveils The Logo For DC Universe’s Stargirl Live-Action Series

DC Universe is getting ready to launch next month, and it looks like Warner Brothers is busy preparing all the new DC series it has in store for the DC streaming service. Not only has the studio been working on the marketing campaign of its upcoming superhero series, Titans, but it's also been working on the Stargirl live-action series.

Last night, DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer and DC publisher Jim Lee spoke with cult director and pop culture connoisseur Kevin Smith on the pilot episode of DC news program, DC Daily. Not only did the show feature discussions about DC's long-term goals and plans for the DC Universe, but it also featured a series of announcements regarding the upcoming streaming website, and one of the things revealed was the official Stargirl logo.

Aside from the logo though, there have been very little updates regarding the Stargirl live-action series. What we do know is that the series will feature Courtney Whitmore and the Justice Society of America. With 13 episodes set for its very first season, Stargirl is scheduled to debut sometime in 2019.

Other announcements that were made in the DC Daily episode was the October release date of Titans, and the release schedule of the release schedule of Young Justice Outsiders (sometime 2019). Stargirl is set to join Harley Quinn, Doom Patrol, and Swamp Thing on DC Universe.
