Crisis On Infinite Earth Star Tom Welling Reunites With Smallville Co-Star Michael Rosenbaum

It's been a long time since fans saw Clark Kent and Lex Luthor in the same place at the same time. However, it looks like Crisis on Infinite Earths star Tom Welling has just reunited with Smallville co-star Michael Rosenbaum in the most unexpected place.

Rosenbaum shared the reunion video on his official Instagram account. Check it out below.

"Me and this guy again," Rosenbaum wrote before tagging Welling and the Wizard World Comic-Con. The post somehow confirms that both stars will be in attendance at the Madison leg of the convention.

Not surprisingly, Welling reacted to the post as soon as he saw that Rosenbaum shared the video. "Riveting material bro - wow," he wrote.

It's a brief reunion indeed but fans probably shouldn't expect to see Rosenbaum joining Welling in the Arrowverse crossover event. The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 star had previously revealed that he won't be a part of Crisis on Infinite Earths because he was contacted on short notice. Nevertheless, we're still glad to see that the two stars found time to hang out together, even if it's on a plane.

Welling is set to reprise his role as the Man of Steel in Crisis on Infinite Earths along with Smallville co-star Erica Durance, who returns as Lois Lane. He is the third confirmed Superman to appear in the crossover event along with Tyler Hoechlin of Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow star Brandon Routh, who will portray Kingdom Come Superman.

Crisis on Infinite Earths will kick off with the Supergirl episode, which will air on The CW on December 8.
