Chris Hemsworth Shares First Look and Synopsis of Drew Goddard’s Bad Times at the El Royale

Drew Goddard may be attached to direct the ­X-Force movie, but before that, he's teaming up with Avengers' actor Chris Hemsworth actor to bring to screen Bad Times at the El Royale. Hemsworth gives us a first look at the film as well as a synopsis.

Here's the synopsis:

Set in the 1960s, seven strangers, each with a secret to bury, meet at Lake Tahoe's El Royale, a rundown hotel with a dark past. Over the course of one fateful night, everyone will have a last shot at redemption - before everything goes to hell.

It's worth noting that Goddard has also worked with Hemsworth with Cabin in the Woods. Interesting how they're teaming up together to bring another story where people are stuck in a building where terrible things happen.

Besides Hemsworth, the cast also includes the likes of Jon Hamm, Dakota Johnson, Nicj Offerman, and Jeff Bridges. No one's character has been named yet, but I have a feeling it will be like Evil Dead where the first letter of every character's name spells out "DEMON".

That's just my guess, anyway.

Bad Times at the El Royale comes out Oct. 5.
