In case you missed it, singer Lizzo recently made headlines by announcing that she is pregnant with Chris Evans' baby. Of course, it's all just a joke, and the Avengers: Endgame star has the best reaction to the news.
Lizzo had previously posted a TikTok video announcing that she is going to be the mother of Captain America's baby, whom she dubbed "Little America." Not surprisingly, the awesome video has gone viral and it didn't take long before Evans himself saw it and decided to get in on the joke.
The singer has posted another TikTok video, this time showing a direct message sent by Evans. "Guess what besties," Lizzo wrote. "We secured the child support bag!!!"
Evans' message reads, "Hi! Just heard about our little bundle of joy, my mother will be so happy lol."
Fans are loving the response from Evans, who has always been known for his great humor. Interestingly, it is also revealed that he is against gender reveal parties in his second message.
"Just promise me no gender reveal parties lol," he wrote.
There is little doubt that gender reveal parties have been a trend but they have also proven to be disastrous for some. With that in mind, it's understandable why Evans is against it.
The whole Little America thing is turning out to be an awesome interaction between two celebrities and we're hoping we'll be getting more updates in the future.
In the meantime, Evans has already passed the Captain America mantle to Anthony Mackie's Sam Wilson, who finally took the title in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. But what are the chances that he will eventually reprise his role as Steve Rogers? For now, it isn't happening in Marvel's What If...? where a different actor will provide the voice of the character.
