Check Out Batman's Mad Max Armor for The LEGO Movie 2

The LEGO Movie sequel promises to bring back a lot of beloved characters from the first movie, and one of them is Will Arnett's silly LEGO version of Batman. To celebrate Batman Day, the LEGO Movie page has decided to give us a good look at Batman's Mad Max-inspired armor for the movie.

We don't exactly know how anything from the trailers will translate into the film, but we know that we're in for some of the signature humor from the first film. Just looking at what Batman's wearing, it looks perfect for his personality, what with the oversized soldiers and messy Bat emblem on his chest. I best some people are already working on a non-LEGO version of this costume.

So far we only have one teaser for the film, but we're sure to get another big reveal before the year ends. An early release for next year usually means a full trailer by December or maybe one mid-January.

It's been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO® invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild.

The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part is set to hit theaters Feb. 8.
