It seems like the personal issue between ex-lovers Amber Heard and Johnny Depp knows no end but if you've been closely following the legal drama involving the two Hollywood A-listers that revolves around domestic violence allegations and a few other things, it looks like the Aquaman actress has the upper hand so far as they gear up for another court hearing sometime in early 2022.
However, just when people thought all hope was gone for the ex-Pirates of the Caribbean star, Depp surprised everyone this week when he scored a decisive victory against Heard that forces a charity to reveal details about the alleged $7 million divorce settlement she claims she donated.
According to a report from USA Today, the 58-year-old actor was granted a partial petition by a New York judge that orders the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to issue documents that would confirm whether or not the actress actually donated the payout from their 2017 divorce.
Depp's legal counsel has previously accused Heard of lying about donating the entirety of her divorce settlement to the ACLU and to the Children's Hospital Los Angeles. They are convinced that the actress didn't donate the whopping sum to charity despite her claims and if proven true, it will definitely be a game-changer in their ongoing legal dispute and could spell bad things for the controversial star who is currently busy filming Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.

There's no denying that his controversy has dragged on for way too long and I just hope that the truth will finally prevail because honestly, it has caused enough damage and stress not only for the parties involved but for their loved ones and supporters as well.
