Carter is an actor who is best known for his roles in 2014's Fargo, 2023's The Holdovers, and 2022's Paper Girls.
While he usually takes on smaller roles in movies and series, they're memorable enough for fans to remember his performances.
He was the bully Wally Becker in Paper Girls, as Patrick Milligan in Fargo, and the Weed Buyer Harriman in The Holdovers flick.
Carter also had the chance to be a background character in various series such as Mike in Shining Girls, "Teen 2" in Ghosts of the Void, and Kyle in The Year Between.

Zachary "Zaco" Munn Role in Chicago PD Season 11 Explained
Zaco aka Zachary Munn (played by Carter Shimp) made a one-time appearance throughout the Chicago PD series and that was in Season 11 Episode 2.
Zaco was previously involved in shady business, and though he technically "paid his debts" long ago, his knowledge could help him in tracking down Troy Bala and his brother.
Detective Adam Ruzek may have been in charge of tracking down to get their confessions on tape, but little did he know that Zaco wasn't as cooperative as he thought he would be.
