Carrie Fisher’s Personal Script Pages to Star Wars Put Up For Sale

Hearts broke around the globe when Star Wars legend Carrie Fisher passed away back in 2016. Not only was Fisher Star Wars' sassy Alderaan Princess, she was also an astounding writer, comedian, and advocate of mental health.

Now, as the world continues to cope with the loss, Star Wars fans finally have the chance to take a part of Fisher's Star Wars experience with them.

The pages from Fisher's script for Star Wars: A New Hope have just been put up on sale on Inscriptographs, each coming with a custom collage from the 1977 movie where Leia made her debut. The website is selling multiple pages from the script. Pages with Princess Leia dialogue sell at $599 each. Pages without dialogue from the Star Wars princess cost less at $499.

Though fans can get a collage of Star Wars photos by purchasing pages with or without lines for Leia, the framed collages are limited to a hundred pieces. Every script page comes with its own frame and a letter of authenticity from the website as well as a copy of the original certificate of authenticity signed by Fisher's brother, Todd Fisher. Todd has been in charge of the sale of personal items from his sister and mothers estates after their tragic passing.

Though $500 to $600 might seem like much, buying pages from Fisher's personal script for A New Hope seem like a great way of keeping a part of her with us.

Fisher's last Star Wars film, Star Wars: Episode IX, premieres December 20, 2019. Lucasfilm's next Star Wars movie, Solo: A Star WarsStory hits cinemas May 25.
