BTS went on a hiatus to give its members a chance to focus on their solo projects. True enough, they’re all busy working on their own thing, from Jin’s upcoming solo single to RM’s new show.
BTS still worked together at the recent World Expo 2030 Yet to Come in Busan concert. The group, too, will drop a special eight photo-folio called Us, Ourselves, and BTS “We” and even got nominations from the 2022 MAMA Award. However, they’re also doing their own thing, so what’s your favorite BTS member doing today?
Jin
Jin is all over the headlines today, thanks to his upcoming solo single “The Astronaut.” He just dropped two concept photos, titled Outlander and Lunar Eclipse.
He was also seen at Incheon Airport as he made his way to Argentina to join Coldplay’s concert in Buenos Aires and debut his upcoming track on October 28.
RM
Aside from Jin, RM will also drop new music, and he has been teasing its release on Instagram.
He first shared a story to celebrate the release of his latest mixtape, Mono, which dropped four years ago. It was followed by a screenshot of a zip folder with a blurred-out name and was captioned, “And next.”

The screenshot featured a folder containing mastered audio files, last updated on October 19. He also teased the theme of his album, which “gon be the total record of my 2019 – 2022 the twenties.”
In addition, RM will have a new tvN show, The Dictionary of Useless Human Knowledge, directed by Jang Hang Joon. They will also be joined by the panel of specialists, like novelist Kim Young Ha, physicist Kim Sang Wook, forensic scientist Lee Ho, and astronomer Shim Chae Kyung.
Suga
Suga just made Korea’s tourism campaign, Feel the Rhythm of Korea, which is part of the country’s new tourism brand, Imagine Your Korea.
In the promo, he stunned everyone when he donned a see-thru shirt that showed his belly button.
J-Hope
Moreover, J-Hope is now enjoying his time after releasing his solo album Jack in the Cover. He gave everyone a glimpse of KAWS’ gift to him, seasonal cereal flavors featuring the artist’s artwork on the boxes, and other cool stuff.

He also has six solo nominations from the 2022 MAMA Award, like artist of the year, best male artist, best hip-hop and urban music, and song of the year for “MORE.” It also includes the best collaboration for the track “Rush Hour” with Crush.
Jimin
Jimin also has a solo nomination in the best original soundtrack (OST) and song of the year for Blues’ “With You” with Ha Sung Woon, whom he recently sent off to his mandatory military enlistment.

V proved he’s the ARMYs’ favorite spoiler after sharing a clip of BTS’s dance practice video for “Run BTS.”

“It’s been a while since we really burned it up,” he captioned the clip “Hopefully, one day, fans will be able to see the entire video.”
He also earned the best OST and song of the year nominations for his hit song “Christmas Tree.”
Jungkook
Lastly, Jungkook flew to Qatar to promote the 2022 Qatar World Cup and show off his stunning visuals.
