Here's What Happened Before Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 282

In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 281, titled The Eighth Truth, Yatsume and Rokuro meet with Boruto after they woke up from the genjutsu. They then look through Ouga's complex.

Because of the complexity of Ouga's place, Boruto gets separated from them. Rokuro tries to escape using the map he got from Ouga's spy.

When Boruto returns, he sees Yatsume whose mind was controlled by the parasite that Rokuro put on her.

Rokuro finds his way to the exit but gets interrupted by Ouga, a shinobi's puppet.

Meanwhile, Yatsume succumbs to the parasite that Rokuro put on her. Boruto realizes that they are still on the second layer of the genjutsu, but they have a chance to escape.

All of a sudden, Yatsume reveals a surprise. It turns out that she is the real Ouga, also known as the eighth Inner of Kara, one of Amado's cyborgs.

Boruto then realizes that he is in the Kara headquarters because it is where he saw Koji Kashin kill Jigen.

Yatsume, or the real Ouga, explains that she is an Inner Amado that was made through the enhancement of mental capabilities in order to help with research.

She reveals that the reason she conducts experiments on people is to find a new will to live.

She asks Boruto to stab her so she can escape the genjutsu and wake everyone up, but Boruto refused, thinking it might kill her in real life.

The genjutsu starts collapsing because Boruto's good intentions were enough to give Ouga a reason to live.

Eventually, she wakes up and so does everyone else.
