The previous chapter ended in a cliffhanger: After Code and Eida infiltrated the Hidden Leaf Village and kidnapped Amado so Code can force him to rescind his limiters and unlock his full power, Code floated in the air, feeling invincible. Since Amado was no longer needed, the powerful villain raised his claw to kill the former Kara scientist, but the scene cuts to an end before we find out if Amado was actually killed.
The leaked spoilers from this month's chapter of Boruto may have revealed what will ultimately happen to Amado.

According to spoiler details and draft pages leaked on social media, Daemon will interfere Code's attack, saving Amado's life. Code and Daemon begin to fight, and Bug says that Daemon only needs his palm to touch an enemy in order to reflect attacks. It looks like Daemon will dominate the fight despite Code being free from his limiters.
Based on the spoilers revealed so far, it looks like Daemon and Ada won't give Code a chance to show off his new form's potential. At this point, it's still unclear why they decide to turn against Code and save Amado's life, but expect more spoilers and previews soon.
According to Daemon, Code without his limiters is stronger than Jigen, so it's likely that the villain willi be able to defeat Naruto and Sasuke.
