The members of Kara are subdivided into two groups: the Inners and Outers. Inners are the members who know the entire organization's plan. However, are the Inner Kara members really that strong? To find out, we ranked the Inner Kara members by strength.

Jigen
As the leader of Kara, it is not surprising that the strongest member is Jigen or Isshiki Otsutsuki.
He was a member of the Otsutsuki clan who came to Earth with Kaguya Otsutsuki, one of the main villains in the Naruto series.
His strength is unparalleled since he can defeat both Naruto and Sasuke.
He could wield tremendous chakra and create black rods to a more lethal degree compared to other Otsutsuki.
He also has Dojutsu, which is found in his right eye. This provides him with various abilities, including shrinking himself and turning into a non-living object, and quickly reverting to his original size.

Code
Code is the only living member of Kara. He took over the leadership role after Jigen’s demise.
It was later revealed that he was the failed vessel of Isshiki Otsutsuki, which explains his immense power.
Despite his powers being mainly unknown, Code was regarded as the second strongest Inner.
This is because Code has a white karma seal from Isshiki. This grants him access to Jigen’s full power, which might get a boost once he becomes an Otsutsuki.
Daemon
Daemon is the third strongest member, as his combat abilities greatly exceed those of Jigen.
He is modified with Scientific Ninja Tools like some of the Kara members, which explains how he can overpower Kawaki using Isshiki’s full power.
His DNA is infused with Shibai Otsutsuki's, allowing him to use Shinjutsu. This allows him to return an opponent's attack by simply touching them.
Eida
Unlike other members with selected modifications, Eida is a full cyborg who was frozen for years.
Her main ability is full Omnipotence, which grants her the power to get everything she wills.
She is so powerful that she can swap Boruto and Kawaki, creating chaos in the series.
Since Eida has no true control of her ability, it makes it easier for her wishes to be real.
Delta
When Delta appeared in Boruto, she surprised viewers with her monstrous abilities.
Like Eida and Daemon, Delta was enhanced by Amado. Most of her body parts were Scientific Ninja Tools.
Her modifications provide her with immense raw strength to the point that she can make Naruto bleed in one punch.
She can trigger her body to self-destruct, prohibiting her enemies from gaining intel.
Her ace ability is her eye beam which can override regenerative powers. She can also absorb any Ninjutsu but with limitations.
Boro
For some reason, the members of Kara have high regard for Boro.
They trust him and his abilities to the point that they are willing to let him guard Naruto while knowing that Sasuke will attack him anytime soon.
Aside from his intense physical abilities, Boro can also use a regeneration technique to eliminate all physical damage to his body, including poison.
He can use Fire, Earth, and Water release and even combine all of these.
Some of his body parts are also modified, boosting his overall abilities.
Kashin Koji
Kashin Koji is the clone of Jiraiya, one of the Legendary Sannin.
He has a large reserve of chakra, giving him the upper hand in battles and even allowing him to use advanced techniques whenever necessary.
As Jiraiya’s clone, Kashin Koji can use the same abilities as the original, including Genjutsu, Shadow Clone Technique, and even Space-Time Ninjutsu.
He, of course, uses the toad-related abilities of the deceased Sannin.

Victor
Do not underestimate Victor’s age and handicap, as he is still a strong member of Kara. He is known for his amazing regenerative abilities that make him a tough enemy.
No matter how many times his limbs are severed, he can instantly grow them back.
He can also release two giant arms to support him in his attacks. As a former shinobi, Victor can use nature transformations. Amazingly, he can use all five, which is quite rare.
Amado
While we cannot tell how strong Amado is, we know that he is the head of Kara’s research and development section. He can easily create weapons and modify the other members.
He might not be mostly seen in action, but Amado is the brains behind the group. Without him, creating tools and improving the members’ abilities is impossible.
He was even the reason Isshiki was able to transfer his Karma.
His intelligence level is why he is a great strategist, deceiver, and manipulator. This clearly shows that to be strong, one must be intelligent too.
