Bo Peep Takes Control In Awesome Toy Story 4 Clip

The return of Bo Peep is truly something everyone is looking forward to in Toy Story 4. But how exactly did Bo go from mild-mannered shepherdess to action-seeking heroine? A new clip from the Pixar film confirms that Bo had it in her all along.

Annie Potts, who provides the voice of Bo, presented the Toy Story 4 clip on Good Morning America. The video shows the shepherdess actively taking control of the situation when a toy gets lost outside of the house. Interestingly, it also confirms that her sheep actually had names (Billy, Goat, and Gruff).

Potts confirmed that the clip is actually a flashback to the time when the toys were still with Andy. Judging from the presence of the Barbies and other dolls, the scene takes place in Molly's room instead of Andy's. In addition to that, it's a great departure from Bo's initial role in Toy Story as the girl who just stands by while the other toys get into the action.

The scene is cut off just as Jessie opens the window. However, there are speculations that Bo will be the one to rescue the lost toy and end up being lost herself. Hopefully, we'll learn how she eventually reunites with Woody and Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story 4.

The synopsis for Toy Story 4 reads as follows:

"Woody (Tom Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his owner, whether that is Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie's beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (Tony Hale), declares himself as "trash" and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family's road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost girlfriend Bo Peep (Annie Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo's adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they are worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that that is the least of their worries."

Toy Story 4 hits theaters on June 21.
