Blue Lock Season 2 Confirms October Release Window
Blue Lock season 2 is confirmed to premiere sometime in October 2024. The announcement was revealed with a surprise illustration by Blue Lock manga artist Yusuke Nomura.
While there's no word yet on the next installment's exact release date, it will likely be released in early to mid-October based on the first season's premiere date, which is October 9.
Blue Lock has been very successful when it comes to manga sales and anime interest, which is why it isn't too surprising that the second season is arriving soon.
Who Will Be the Cast of Blue Lock Season 2?
Blue Lock season 2 will star Ura Kazuki as Yoichi Isagi. He is also the voice actor of Doi Shouta from World’s End Harem and Aiba Kyousuke from Futsal Boys.
Along with the announcement of Blue Lock season 2, the anime's official website has also revealed additional cast members:
- Yuichi Nakamura (Ronaldo in 91 Days) as Ryusei Shido
- Makoto Furukawa (Ryohei Nanba in Blue Thermal) as Tabito Karasu
- Kengo Kawanishi (Honeyguide in Africa Salaryman) as Eita Otoya
- Takuya Eguchi (Hien in Chaos Dragon) as Kenyu Yukimiya
- Hiro Shimono (Takuma Higuchi in Asura Cryin') as Julian Loki
- Shinichiro Kamio (Kaede Rukawa in The First Slam Dunk) as Leonardo Luna

Who Will Be the Staff Behind Blue Lock Season 2?
So far, the original creators of Blue Lock, Muneyuki Kaneshiro (Super Ball Girls) and Yusuke Nomura (Dolly Kill Kill), are the only ones credited for the second season.
The series has yet to reveal the staff that will work on the sequel.
