With more than 57 reviews tallied on the review aggregate website, Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) is enjoying an impressive 90% critic score on Rotten Tomatoes.

According to Collider Video, Birds of Prey was nothing but electric with its style, humor, and music. Forbes calls the film a "delightfully entertaining showcase" for Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and her gang. The Observer more or less calls the film a rise without any uninteresting moments.

In the critics' consensus of the movie, Birds of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn) is praised as a film "with a fresh perspective, some new friends, and loads of fast-paced action" that manages to "the colorfully anarchic spirit of Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn."
