Big Mouth Episode 16 Recap
Big Mouth Episode 16 sees Miho and some people from Chief Yang raiding the fish farm that they suspect has a connection with NK Chemicals. Miho believes that the fish farm uses wastewater, affecting thousands of residents of Gucheon City.
While the live broadcast of the mayoral debate is happening, Miho and Jerry rush to the broadcast station to reveal the truth that will pull Choi Doha down to his misery. Just in time, Miho enters the studio not as Changho’s wife but as a representative of the many citizens who were negatively affected by NK Chemicals.

Miho stands up to question one candidate from the mayoral debate. She directs her question to Choi Doha, raising the issue of thousands of residents suffering and dying of cancer.
Changho was shocked as soon as Miho revealed that she had been diagnosed with acute stage four lymphoma. Miho presents video evidence of her investigation of the fish farm.
The video revealed that NK Chemicals illegally dumps wastewater into the fish farm from a chemical plant, causing residents to be exposed to a large amount of radiation. Choi Doha strategically denies all allegations and proposes to have the issue investigated properly.
On the other hand, Miho shares a serious conversation with her husband, Changho, right after the mayoral debate. Miho reminds him of her wish that Changho will be a good Big Mouse who defends the people and punishes those who take advantage of power.

Lee Jong Suk Fails To Win The Mayoral Race In Big Mouth Episode 16
Although determined to win the mayoral race, Changho fails to get the position, with Choi Doha being reelected as the mayor of Gucheon City. No matter the effort they make to uncover Choi Doha’s dirty truth, there will always be people who vote for the bad man, and that’s what makes it sad and devastating.
Changho tries to pin Choi Doha down just before the proclamation, but Juhee goes missing. It turns out that Choi Doha ordered her capture, and she was put into the same mental facility from which Changho was first imprisoned.
During the trial, Choi Doha was found not guilty because of a lack of evidence. Miho fainted from shock and was rushed to the hospital.

Big Mouth Episode 16 also sees the unfortunate fate of Miho and Changho. Until her last moments, Miho conveys her love for her husband. And Changho does the same.
Miho assures him that she is happy they got married and hopes for him to be a good person. She tells Changho that she is tired and she now wants to sleep, which obviously hints at her unfortunate death. Changho confesses how much he loves his wife and that every moment with her is the happiest.
Meanwhile, Choi Doha celebrates his win as the reelected mayor of the city. While diving at his usual pool, Changho pays him a meaningful visit. Without stating his real purpose, Changho introduces himself as the Big Mouse and swears that Choi Doha will soon meet his demise.
Big Mouth Ending then highlights Choi Doha’s death and Changho’s continuous efforts to uncover the truth one by one. Juhee was released from the mental facility and returned to court as the witness. Gong Jihoon becomes the company's president, while several orphanages receive money as donations.
The ending scene for Big Mouth Episode 16 then sees Changho driving with a bouquet of white flowers beside him, hints at his destination– Miho’s grave.
