Jay-Z got his wife's back because Beyonce is always ready to defend him. 50 Cent claimed the Lemonade singer confronted him due to his "competitive in nature" relationship with the Empire State of Mind singer.
Beyonce Jumped Out At 50 Cent For Rivalry With Husband Jay-Z
50 Cent appeared on The Breakfast Club on Aug. 12. During the interview, he recalled how Queen Bey stepped up to defend her man over his simmering rivalry with the Get Rich or Die Tryin' rapper. Apparently, the Halo singer assumed 50 Cent approached to confront Jay-Z.
According to the rapper, Beyonce was "ready" to fight him, which caught him by surprise.
"She was on, like, a window sill. We was in Vegas," 50 Cent recalled, HipHop Dx reported. "She jumped out, she was like [pulls a confrontational face]. And I’m like, ‘Wait, what is you doing? That’s me and JAY-Z’s stuff, this ain’t got nothing to do with you, girl.’"

However, the Crazy in Love singer even went closer, and he didn't know how to react.
“She jumped off the ledge. I was like, ‘Oh, shit!’ I didn’t really know what to do. It was one of those situations where you were like, ‘Woah!’ If you say this to Jay, he’ll look at you and go, ‘Nah, that happened.'”
50 Cent said Beyonce "came like she was ready" and "like something was gonna happen." He admitted that the Run the World hitmaker was throwing him off because he was taken aback and didn't know how to respond.
"You are still Beyoncé. She brought all of the sexy over with that energy jumping off," he added.
“I look at Jay and he go [laughs]. Nah, he’ll tell you … I said, ‘Yo, alright. Whatever.’ ‘Cause really I’m just saying what’s up. But she’s feeling my energy come over because we do say things about each other — it’s a competitive nature, that’s it!”

According to HipHop Dx, 50 Cent's rivalry with Jay-Z never actually turned into a full-on feud.
The two artists had seemingly shaded each other in their songs. 50 Cent threatened Jay-Z on in his 1999 song How to Rob. The latter clapped back on his single It’s Hot (Some Like It Hot).
"Go against Jigga? Your a-- is dense/I’m about a dollar; what the f--k is 50 cents?" Beyonce's husband rapped.
Their competition heated up and catapulted to global stardom when 50 Cent's Get Rich or Die Tryin’ and The Massacre, dethroned Jay-Z's Forbes’ Hip Hop Cash Kings list in 2008.
In 2009, 50 Cent accused Jay-Z of mistreating Roc-A-Fella artists like Beanie Sigel and Freeway, with whom he tried to work with.
“He has a king complex, he thinks he’s f--king Jesus, you know what I mean?” he told Rolling Stone. “This J-Hova shit … He said something one time I didn’t like, those little things, subliminal things — for me, that’s the punk way to do things.”
In April, the former G-Unite leader called out Jay-Z on Instagram for calling Eminem as "The White guy." 50 Cent posted a two-photo collage of the late painter Jean-Michel Basquiat alongside a photo of Jay-Z rocking the same dreadlock hairstyle during Halloween 2014.
"Why did he say the white boy, why he didn’t say the biggest rap artist in the world? Happy Easter! man enjoy the holidays," 50 wrote with laughing emoji, Yahoo! News reported.
However, despite the dig a few months ago, 50 Cent clarified during the interview that he and Jay-Z have since patched things up and they remain on good terms.
