If there’s one thing fans are waiting to see happening in Better Call Saul Season 6, it’s the appearance of the Breaking Bad characters Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul). However, despite the secrecy of their appearances, the two finally broke their silence about it.
No one knows when exactly Jesse and Mr. White will appear in Better Call Saul Season 6, whether in a flash-forward scene or in their younger selves. In fact, it should come as a surprise, with no announcement at all, but it looked like showrunner Peter Gould couldn’t help but share the good news with the fandom.
Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul’s Better Call Saul Season 6 Appearance
No one was supposed to know Cranston and Paul’s cameos in Better Call Saul Season 6. In fact, in an interview with Albuquerque Journal, the two revealed how hard it was to keep it a secret.
However, when Gould announced their upcoming appearance, they were left wondering why they let them get through all the effort not to say anything about it.
“We’re excited to be back (in Albuquerque). We really are,” Paul said. “Because the last time we were back, we had to keep it secret, you know? We were locked inside of our rentals.”

The Breaking Bad stars were kept inside their rentals for four days, so no one could see them filming.
"We were asked to keep it a secret forever. We were flown in under the darkness of night. We took this plane and they went to a certain private section of the airport there,” Cranston added. “And then we took like two steps out of the tarmac and into an SUV. They move us to an Airbnb – a duplex. He had the top floor. I had the bottom floor and we were told you can’t leave.”
However, in some funny twist of fate, Gould revealed what was supposed to be a big surprise.

“It’s so funny that because this was supposed to be a big surprise, a big secret,” Paul continued. “Then all of a sudden they announced that we were doing it, so why did they keep us in a prison? Seriously, they were just messing with us.”
Peter Gould Announced Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul’s Appearance in Better Call Saul Season 6
Gould officially announced Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul’s appearance in Better Call Saul Season 6 at PaleyFest in April.
He revealed the Better Call Saul timeline would eventually intersect with Breaking Bad. Here, fans will see the full transformation of Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) into the criminal lawyer Saul Goodman.
"I don't want to spoil things for the audience, but I will say the first question we had when we started the show was, 'Are we gonna see Walt and Jesse on the show?' Instead of evading, I'll just say yeah," he said, per Comicbook.

However, he bounds the how and when of their appearance in secrecy
"How or the circumstances or anything, you'll just have to discover that for yourself, but I have to say that's one of many things that I think you'll discover this season,” he continued.
