K-drama Behind Every Star Episode 3 revealed more issues in Method Entertainment that the staff members have to face.
After Wang Tae Ja's death, Ma Tae O steps up to save the company and urges Chun Je In, Kim Jung Don, and Jang Myung Ae to help him. The main characters also face personal problems in the process of resolving the company's issues.

Behind Every Star Kdrama Episode 3 Recap
Episode 3 of the Kdrama Behind Every Star starts with Method Entertainment's staff, Kang Hee Sun, seemingly reading a script before Kim Soo Mi appears in the picture. Ma Tae Oh and Kim Jung Don welcome her, while Seo Hyo Rim arrives in the area.
However, both actresses seemingly receive the same script, revealing that they are both parts of the drama. Although the writer approves of the actresses' appearances, Kim Jung Don finds it wrong to have them at the same time.
The Method Entertainment director then sets up So Hyun Joo to meet someone while Ko Eun Gyul continues to contact her about her sudden change of heart.
Yoo Eun Soo accidentally finds the note he left on So Hyun Joo's table, stirring her curiosity even more about the two's relationship. She confronts her and mistakenly says she might be So Ji Sub's daughter.
Kang Hee Sun, on the other hand, reveals that she wants to be an artist and make Kim Jung Don her manager. However, he refuses because he does not know if she can act.
Meanwhile, Chun Je In spots a man whom she says she is familiar with. But he is reportedly part of the National Tax Service for a special tax investigation within Method Entertainment. Ma Tae Oh reveals that Wang Tae Ja spent some of the company's money on himself, causing the investigation to be underway.
They suspect that Star Media reported the company, but they are yet to confirm it.

Seo Hyo Rim starts having second thoughts about becoming part of the flick because she cannot work with Kim Soo Mi. Instead of quitting, Choi Jin Hyeok suggests her to make the writer and director turn her down for the role instead.
While having a conversation with the drama's creators, the veteran actress creeps everyone as she talks, even when no one is around. But Kim Soo Mi only does it to make them reject her instead.
So Hyun Joo bumps into Ko Eun Gyul in the movie screening. Instead of having time with him, Ma Tae Oh introduces her to Play Entertainment's chief, Baek Gang Ho, who is searching for an agent to work for his company.
The episode ends with Ma Tae Oh meeting Star Media's Jo Ki Bong and receiving an offer from him to leave Method entertainment and join them instead.
